I want to know which is best for weight loss. I could prob do half an hour at a medium pace on the treadmill but I tend to go for 45-60 mins on the cross trainer.
I get the impression that the cross trainer does a better job at toning whilst doing cardio but I'm no where near as out of breath as I get when I'm on the treadmill.
Should I stick to the cross trainer (which I prefer) or am I missing out by not running?
