Cross Trainer Vs Treadmill For Weight Loss ?

Hi all,
I want to know which is best for weight loss. I could prob do half an hour at a medium pace on the treadmill but I tend to go for 45-60 mins on the cross trainer.
I get the impression that the cross trainer does a better job at toning whilst doing cardio but I'm no where near as out of breath as I get when I'm on the treadmill.

Should I stick to the cross trainer (which I prefer) or am I missing out by not running?

It is very important to choose some exercises that are useful for us because we must consider the need and train accordingly. Running, jogging are the best exercises that are very important to tone muscles and achieve a better physical condition.
I like to practice on my nautilus t614 treadmills because it only adjusts the muscles and can get a better figure, but it is very necessary to first consult the trainer and then work accordingly.
