From the Constitution:

to uphold human rights in British Columbia and Canada in accordance with

the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Canadian Charter of

Rights and Freedoms by

(i) undertaking research and analyses of laws, institutions and practices

affecting those human rights as they pertain to life extension in British

Columbia and Canada,

(ii) providing well-reasoned commentary and recommendations to the

governments of British Columbia and Canada about the implementation

of those human rights as they pertain to life extension,

(iii) providing legal advice and representation to victims of violations of

those human rights as they pertain to life extension for attempts to

obtain remedies through the courts of British Columbia and Canada, or

any available international remedies;
